I have to admit, I never saw sunlight reflect off a moving prop before.
I once went to an outdoor production of Midsummer Night’s Dream. It was a beautiful evening and the sun definitely reflected off the props on stage, I assure you.
Were those props moving?, but I digress, better remain on topic.
I wonder if the prop mod in www.flightsim.to will fix it for the OP? It did for me in VR.
Unless of course he already has the mod in which case could try removing it.

I made photographs of C130’s with that very same effect. Not the most beautiful effect indeed but it can be accomplished in real life.
There’s a nice set of replacement prop textures over at the sim-outhouse.com library.
