I have seen similar software to the one you have linked used in various multi display scenarios including pro simulation for a while. Expensive and complex but of course in industry/military applications costs are often acceptable.
GPU’s have come a long way however and I’m willing to wait to see what Asobo deliver in terms of the promised multi-monitor support before exploring the dark arts of networking PC’s running different instances of a Flightsim in sync. Especially one that isn’t designed from the ground up to do that.
The skyelite software basicslly takes data from the active sim and can be used to create moving maps or flight instruments using browsers.
You could run these on monitors connected to the sim PC or even on a different networked PC or tablet.
I use a little free app called vfrmap that creates a browser based moving map which sucks the relevant data from the sim using simconnect and which I usually run on a second monitor but it also works just fine on my networked “utility PC” if I have it turned on.
