There are none.
My guess would be that it was supposed to be the oil rig mission (from 2004??? FSX???) and they didn’t get it finished in time to include, or had a technical issue.

This post may help you. There are some off the coast of Galveston TX. You can’t land on them they don’t have Collision detection.
@Majorlag9496 Ya gotta stop going around and just saying no to people. You’re spreading misinformation. Give people some info, this is the second post of yours I’ve seen just simply saying no. People come to these forums for knowledge and just saying no “helicopters aren’t controllable” or “no there are none” oil rigs really does a disservice to the community here.

Hang on a minute. Woah. Just steady your anger. I said no because I have done that. The quality of what people want like the add on recently released is not for Xbox. So the answer is on Xbox is no, you can’t get add one or oil rigs - now calm down
