Ive used multiple Propwash and multiple EC11.
Id say both are good. Propwash a little smaller in size, which could be good sometimes. Id say both have good quality, though the EC11 is top notch. I have hade one propwash failing me, not so with EC11. Still, propwash is cheaper so you can always buy an extra for spare.
I print my own dials to match the ones in MSFS. So it didn’t occur to me that smaller dials might be an issue for some.
I made my own to fit some dual encoders off Amazon. If you are using those, I can send you a few.

I recently found a dual concentric encoder + anodized aluminum knob combo that works great and feels solid, and they has threaded body.
Compatible with Arduino and Leo Bodnar boards, etc…
