If you have pre-ordered Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and have not yet received the De Havilland Canada CL-415 for use in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020), please submit a Zendesk support ticket including a screenshot of your pre-order confirmation email and where you made your purchase.
When submitting a Zendesk ticket, please ensure you select “Marketplace and purchase issues” and then select “I haven’t received the Haviland CL-415” from the form as shown in the screenshots below:
