Where is the 2024 ICO icon located?

I would like to change the icon on my FastLaunch shortcut to the 2024 icon but can’t find the ICO file. Looked through these forums and nothing. Thanks for help.

C:\XboxGames\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Content

there are some .png files. You can open them in an image editor and save them as .ico files (Windows icon). I personally use freeware IrfanView for this.
