Are there websites that have compiled some for different airlines or do I have to manually scour the internet/Youtube?
Flightsim.to usually have those collections. But since those are pretty much downloaded from YouTube anyway, they’ve stopped hosting them and removed all Pacx boarding music and safety announcements since they don’t exactly require enough effort from the uploaders to classify them as addon enhancements. There’s also copyright issues when it comes to those contents since they’re practically an exact copy of the actual copyrighted material,
At the moment, you’ll have manually scour the internet/youtube. I do the same too.

Was hoping there was an easier way than to just search and download for each airline one by one. 
Yeah, there’s no easier way I’m afraid. And depending on which airline it is, they might not have any boarding music or safety announcement published online. Depending on how “internet-literate” their media marketing team is.
Some small airline low cost carriers won’t have any of those content officially published, since they probably don’t have one. And those you find are usually passengers recording them on their phone which has a horrible quality.
I usually find major airline with an official YouTube channel (Air France, Garuda Indonesia, Etihad, etc). They usually have an officially published boarding music and/or safety videos. But even some major airline like Lufthansa don’t even publish their official boarding music and safety announcements. So you’ll have to end up relying with third-party youtube channel for them. And again, that might not have the acceptable quality compared to official ones.
It is what it is. I usually just download them whenever I find them and store them in my own collection. All you need is to just download them once and you can keep reusing it whenever you fly with the same livery.

I just google the airline of choice (in my case Air Canada) for their safety video.
Luckily it’s on YouTube.
Copy the link and google YouTube to wav converter and paste the link and download the file for PACX.
