I’m on the latest version (1.14.5.0), and my content manager shows the 787-10 is installed and up to date. However, it is not present in my hanger. Content manager shows three airline livery version, with no default. Is that the problem, and if so how do I fix it? Thanks.
You may need to go to the content manager, uninstall and then reinstall the package.
Already did that - no change.
Can you confirm that you see three Dreamliner liveries, just not the house one?
Correct - Orbit, Pacifica, World Travel.
Well that is a new one, let me login to see if I can repo.
I have all the expected liveries including the house livery:
- Boeing House Livery
- Orbit Airlines
- Pacifica
- World Travel
- Aviators Club
- Test Pilot Livery

Okay. Thanks so much for your help. Do you think it would help to reinstall MSFS? Don’t want to, but last resort?
I would wait now, that is a somewhat nuclear option over a livery. See if you get a response here first. I have moved your topic to Bugs and Issues to draw more attention to your request.
Great. Thanks again.
Update:
I went to steam and selected the “Verify Integrity” function for MSFS. When I then launched the sim, it told me I needed an update. I’m thinking “Ah ha, I’ve done it”. Well, 151.26GB (and several hours) later, nothing has changed. Still no 787. And, by the way, I’ve also discovered that I no longer have the non-G1000 version of the Cessna 172, which I’ve definitely flown in the past (unlike the 787), so I’ve lost things that I had before. Several others are missing as well - I have a total of 20 aircraft in my hanger (that’s base versions, excluding various liveries). Not too happy.
Do you have premium deluxe or deluxe? You may need to go into the store and reinstall them manually. I accidentally installed the standard once and all of my premium aircraft and sceneries didn’t show up. It’s a pain, but I had to do it once. That’s if those things aren’t in your content manager waiting to be downloaded already. The other option is to delete the problem aircraft from your folder and then reinstall them from the content manager.
No, I have the standard version. I have deleted and reloaded the 787 files from the content manager, but I think you’re suggesting I should find them and delete them (after backup) from my hard drive, then reinstall from the content manager. Sounds like something worth looking into. Thanks.
But the 787 is not available with the standard edition. You need the premium deluxe edition.
Yeah, you don’t get the premium aircraft and sceneries with standard- upgrade and everything will be okay.
There’s something seriously wrong. The standard edition doesn’t include the ‘classic’ 172 either.
OMG, you’re right. It’s not in the deluxe either, just the premium. And the standard 172 is in the deluxe. I guess I only dreamed that I had flown it before. So this whole thread is BS. Sorry. I’ll go hide under my bed now.
No problem, it happens

Sounds like the right thing to do. Sorry to have wasted your time.
No problem at all
