Add a manual cache for the MSFS2024

The MSFS2020 game has a nice feature to manually cache the photogrammetry of the selected region. For some reason, this feature is missing in the MSFS2024 game. I believe that this feature is very useful for a large percentage of users, so I would like to see it in the new simulator. Moreover, manual caching of selected regions will reduce the load on servers. I hope you will pay attention to this request. Regards, Paul.
