3080TI, and my performance took a massive hit with this driver.
I’m going back to 472.12 to verify, but that’s the only change I’ve made for weeks.
I’ve been sitting happily at Ultra/150RS/60fps since the last update, now I’m struggling to keep 60fps at RS100.
496.13 without any problems.
496.13… Was hesitant to try it but I did. No problems whatsoever. Actually no noticeable difference to me. I just want to add I’m on Windows 11 as well. i9 11900K, Asus strix 3090 and 32GB Corsair 3600 ram, Acer 32" UHD IPS 144hz RR(Just unboxed it today from Microcenter), HDR enabled running at 4K. FPS is fine no stuttering no CTD.
472.19 - Whatever that means.
Just getting back to this.
I went back to 472.12, and performance is back. 496.13 definitely broke it for me.

I compared 472.12 and the latest in 3DMark. No change at all. Using 3080.
I use the latest
Using the latest too in VR and 2D with no issues
