How can I switch from the pilot’s seat to other flight crew positions (co-pilot, engineer)? Is it even possible?
I use the arrow keys etc
I have an MMO mouse that i map 6 of the 12 side buttons to the fwd/back left/right up/dwn translate cockpit view keys. It allows me to wear headset and make small adjustments or even move around the cabin without having fumble for keys since your hand is on the mouse anyway!

If you don’t have much room and only one set of flight controls you can:
A. sit to the left of the seat you actually wish to sit in
B. hit the recenter button
C. move back to the original seat
Voila! You are in the copilot’s seat.
Of course if you have enough room space and cable length, you can go anywhere you want.
Under controller settings, there are options to move the VR camera on all three axis (VR views, if I remember well).
I use two 4-way switches on my joystick to change my position (the first for left, right, front and rear, the second one just for up and down).
As a matter of fact, I use these buttons before every flight, because when I change plans, I do not always spawn in the perfect position. So small adjustments are often needed to get me exactly into my preferred sitting position. Of course, this method also works to move from pilot to copilot seat.
Sorry, maybe I didn’t phrase the question as clear as I could. For example, if I am sitting in the pilot’s seat of the Latercoere 631 I need to be able to sit in the engineer’s seat so I can flip switches/knobs for controlling the engines. I cannot see those controls while sitting in the pilot’s seat. How do I change between the different seats (navigator, radioman, engineer)?
I don’t know how to get to the flight engineer spot, but this is what I use to get to the co-pilot seat.
