White blocks on some 787-10 repaints

Good evening all,

I recently encountered an issue only with some 787 liveries, particularly the KLM livery provided by Asobo. There are some white blocks and artifacts across the fuselage of aircraft, and I’m not sure how to get rid of them - What’s even weirder is that some of my friends who have the same livery don’t have this issue, so I worry that there might be something wrong with my simulator.
I’ve tried everything from reinstalling the livery to trying to compare it with liveries that work fine in my sim, but I’m no expert at doing this.

Has anyone had a similar issue that might be able to help with fixing it? I’d love to be able to use the KLM livery as it’s one of the only ones without the mirroring issue.

Thanks so much!

You’re missing a decals texture. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the livery, and if that doesn’t help, do the same for the base aircraft.

By ‘base aircraft’ do you mean to reinstall the base aircraft, or reinstall the base livery?

Thank you.

The aircraft itself. The base livery is part of that.

Thank you so much. I will try that and report back

Hi there, sorry for the slow response…

That didn’t fix anything unfortunately, I reinstalled the 787 and the KLM livery, nothing seems to have worked.

Try it with nothing in the Community folder - if you have any 3rd party liveries, there may be something there causing it. If that doesn’t do it, then it’ll be a Zendesk issue.

(I don’t have the Premium version, so I can’t verify anything on my own system, but I make a living troubleshooting.)

Microsoft.flightsimulator 8wekyb3d8bbwe/ localcache /content.xml delete

Where can I find this?

Deleting all the 787 liveries and reinstalling 1 by 1 helped. Thank you so much!
