White transparent bar at the bottom of the VR view when activating menu bar

I was testing it on several flights but have not seen it all the time.

It appears that if you use VR and open the menu bar to select for example the Map, a transparent white bar, that keep changing its shade, appears at the bottom of the VR view to cover around 1/5 of the view. Very annoying. Has anyone seen that happening as well?
I still try to find out what exactly is triggering it.

I sometimes get this using Quest 2 with link cable its very annoying and no way to get rid of it

Using Air link tho iv never had the problem

I’m glad someone is seeing this, too.
Just saw this happening with the latest updated 6. And Yes I do use quest 2 and cable. I tried Air link but the performance went very bad with all the programs you have to run in the background.

Its strange as it happens at random times and not in every flight i do

Airlink works well as long as you have a wifi 6 router in the same room

I can tell you this is not related to Flight Simulator.
I sometimes have the same issue on Euro Truck Simulator 2.
It never happened with Airlink indeed.
This is definitely an Oculus issue.

Strange as i play Euro Truck Simulator 2 in VR and it never happens on there in over 80 hours of drive time

I’ve 152h and it happened a few times. It’s not that often but even once shows that it’s not a MSFS issue. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks everyone for all the posting regarding this topic. The issue seems magically disappeared on my side. I have not seen this issue for a while.
