Title basically says it. Is this a way to report issues or is Zendesk the way for everyone, including non-testers? Who monitors these forums? Just curious. It’s gonna be awesome.

Zendesk is the sole venue for bug reporting.
There is @Skeedorr, @Jummivana, @OlieTsubasa443 that I know of that actively respond and engage. I believe the others at Asobo and MS read the forums sometimes without replying.
The MSFS community team here reads the forums and responds when we can, and other MFS team members also read these forums. However, all bug reporting should go to Zendesk. Thanks!

Priorities rule in complex software development. This is a ground breaking product so somethings will have to wait. Get the foundations right, and the rest will follow.
To be honest, I really hope some senior people in the dev team at least scan these forums once or twice a day. Sure they might not have time to read details and answer individually but it is the most obvious way to quickly grasp what is going on and reacting especially post release with urgent major issues like large numbers of people being unable to download. I sincerely hope they are pragmatic like that and don’t completely ignore what’s going on in the ‘real world’ by simply having a quick look themselves.
