The forum was reorganized to accommodate the new Bug Reporting section. As it stands now, if a bug isn’t gaining traction on the forum, you should use Zendesk.
Duplicates are a huge issue. We need to keep one topic for each issue. If you do see a duplicate, flag the topic so it can get merged.
