Why does the NJ Shore look like this?

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

New Jersey shore buildings and trees AWFUL looking.

Flew around my home in NJ and the scenery is blocking and undefined… I wanted to fly over my house in Manasquan and the building are messy and the trees are green blobs with no definition>
My system is ASUS X570 Gaming 4, 32BG Corsair Vengeance RAM, EVGA GTX-1080-Ti Hybrid, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, HP Reverb G2 VR. All devices are latest drivers.

Please see attached Capture. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thanks! - Mitchell Morrell

Latest MSFS2020 update. It has ALWAYS been ■■■■■■ looking since I started using the sim in December of 2020.

That is low quality photogrammetry. Either the PG data itself is poor quality, or the quality displayed by your simulator at that time is poor quality. It’s clearly not a range issue, but it could be that better quality models haven’t been downloaded yet.

How long were you sitting in that spot?

As the sim goes, New Jersey has very low quality default scenery. Even Atlantic city looks like complete ■■■■. I’ve flown around the Cape May area and up the coastline, it really needs a world update.

2 mins after landing - the reason I came down to the beach was to get this capture.

I’m right up the road from you, literally. The PG here is so bad. From the air though, I have actually been able to spot my wife’s car parked at her job in Belmar.
