Why Does the update fail everytime!

Brief description of the issue:
Update fails after downloading and installing 98% - stuck in a loop.
Pause update, quit and restart sim to resume update. What was a 2.9 Gb update is now and 70GB update - this happens time and time again every time there is an update released. The update system is totally flawed.

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.19.8.0

here : Installation Manager for WU6 1.19.8.0 gets to 98% then goes back to 37% and counts up again - #29 by Hitchhiker3000 but the solution is missed

Today’s update failed as well. MSFS can do nothing right it seems

Im getting the same problem with the latest patch. It downloads almost everything and pauses. Ive restarted the download several times.
