A friend bought me FS2020. I have had X-Plane for a while now. EVERY time I try to fly here I just get irritated and quit. I can’t calibrate thye f’ing stick, or even identify what inputs or buttons are what to assign them. On X-Plane this took all of 3 minutes and it automatically detected it and everything works, and the flight model is totally realistic. So far in my experience this is a beautiful game that functionally is a piece of s*&$!!!
Control mapping not as intuitive a it could be. Takes some work but not a complaint. Be careful what you map. I was having rudder issues and went back to see what I had mapped. In addition to the rudder axis I also mapped something called, Rudder yaw (left) and Rudder Yaw (right). Turns out I didn’t need these and have had no more control problems.
