OH Gee…I think I spoke to soon. I already had Low Power Mode selected ON and my GPU usage at this menu is 95.5% - 99.3 %. This is a “Static” menu so what in the world is the GPU doing ??? ..Other than getting HOT for no reason, processing Nothing ! [Screenshot (171)]

I used GPU-Z to get GPU load and power info. Best result in the menu screen was when Experimental Low Power mode was ON, nVidia CP power set to normal, and Windows power plan set to balanced. I going to leave ELP ON, but set nVidia and Windows power back to the highest performance settings. My GP…
