Why is my GPU so BUSY when just setting at this MENU?

I cannot imagine why our GPU’s have to be processing the same thing over and over while in a static menu like this.

I’ve got an RTX 3090 Ti 24GB - It’s no slouch. No way it should be working that hard in the menus.
