Why the Airliners are Empty in the inside?

HI,

Why are the Airliners in the inside empty flying Aircraft wraps? I can see the Airplane fully from the outside. but when i fly with the camera drone in the inside of the Aircraft, its looks like a broken Airplane with some Windows and Wings etc. have Asobo to do that for perfomance? Her a example of the A320

I would like to see A fully Airplane also from inside. with a complet loading room, a cabine etc. But maybe my Expectations are to heigh. But taht is complain at a heigh level.

But look at the cargo hold and wheel well. Wow!

yep, thei’r outstunning. I think with time we will also have in msfs 2020 airplanes with a fully cabine. Thanks for your Answere have a nicee Day.

If the model was designed for you to fly the camera around, it would have those features completed. However, content creators have to minimize the size (in GB) of the models as much as possible to fit in today’s hardware limits. Cool idea though, perhaps they will add a “study” aircraft in the future that we can inspect to great detail.

mostly because of performance. Having a cabin modeled with loads of polygons/high detail textures will eat up framerate/memory/vram even when you’re not looking at it.

OK that was also my thinking. Thanks for your answere.

Aerosft created the CRJ with complete cabin. Chairs, doors, overhead bin etc. excellent performance, so it’s feasible.

I’m not saying it’s not possible, I’m saying it’s a consideration for the plane developer. You’ll notice that the CRJ has a fairly low poly / low texture quality interior.

Yes of course it’s low poly but still exists. I understand, I’m sure payware developers such as pmdg will include cabin. It’s mainly the freeware that don’t as far as I see. I agree with you they should all include them. I’d also like to see passengers fill seats. It kind of ruins the experience when looking from exterior and see empty seats through the window.

Yeah floating around the outside of the plane at ~FL30 to peek inside the windows only to see empty seats breaks the immersion, eh?

Sure if you want the entire experience :joy::joy::rofl::laughing:

You get a full cabin, as folks said above, in some payware craft.

Also worth noting, these payware aircraft DO impact performance to a noticeable degree.

So, it is safe to assume this was left out to save time, money, and performance to give a more consistent result across all stock planes. It isn’t a part of the plane a pilot would see from the cockpit.
