Wich temperatures gpu?

Hi,
My GTX 1070 gaming x can show 80°C (176°F) with flight simulator.
Is it normal? Is this temperature can cause damages to my GPU?

I have many fans on my computer ( 1 in front, 1 at the top, 1 rear).

Have you tried asking google? The temperature limit of your GPU and Gfx Card are very much limited from the manufacturer side and high temperature on usage is something that generally happens.

Looks like you’re fine.

See this thread that I started as I have the same temperature problem. NVIDIA and AMD, according to a linked PC Gamer article, claim that their GPU’s can take ~80 deg C but there are ways to reduce the GPU temperature. I think that it’s helpful to say, too, what sort of room temperature you’re running your rig at. My room temperature is always around 27-28 deg C if I’m running FS. Normally, I can let the room temperature rise as high as 30 deg C with normal PC use and my GPU never rises above 40 deg C - but FS is a whole new ballpark!

I have an i7-6700 / 32GB RAM / ASUS Geforce GTX 1660 Ti / 3440x1440 resolution and get with Ultra settings around 70° to 75° degree and fixed 60 FPS while flying around. For me, the game is running fine with good performance at the moment.

GTX 1660ti and 60IPS in Ultra 1440p ?

I need to this that !

Old thread, but I thought I’d post this here…

I was running average temps of 75-80 C when using the sim.

Then I pulled the card (NVIDIA RTX 2070 super, blower) and opened it and put on new thermal paste.

Temperature after was 50 to 55C…never went higher after a couple of hours of simming.

Dunno if this has been mentioned yet, but it really worked for me.
