Will the soundtrack for MSFS2024 be available to MS store users?

I see the soundtrack is available to those on steam until September 1. Will it be available to those who are MS-Store users? The 2020 opening music was pretty, but eventually began to grate on me. The 2024 music is something I could listen to with or without the sim

Those of us using the MS Store version of MSFS 2024 can also get the soundtrack for free. Just click the link below and add it to your Steam account for free, even if you own MSFS 2024 through the Microsoft Store.

After adding it to your Steam account, select the drive where you want to install it. You’ll find the installed audio here:

Any word from Microsoft for availability for us non-Steam users? Seems a bit strange to put it only on Steam.

Seems like the long way around the barn, but thank you @TenPatrol for your help. It’s much appreciated! BTW, it is beautiful music! I would really like the intro music to fs 2024 included in the future. Sometimes I delay progressing into the game just to listen a little while.

Can we get the MSFS soundtrack if we are not on steam? Like maybe within the actual sim :rofl:

This is something on my wishlist some different scores and themes to the sim.
I really miss the 2020 music and legacy FSX, but will take any of those other sountracks from trailers they are all great
Should be in sound settings in the actual sim. When Asobo?

I’m just wondering when they will/why they wouldn’t also upload it to actual music streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music - this is such a weird and niche way to release a soundtrack that makes it inconvenient to access from anywhere other than a PC.

You can get FS 24 soundtrack on YT as well. Not the music that’s being discussed now, but the intro and several other tracks.
