Posting again to revive this topic, I was at KPSP today and noticed the excessive wind turbine placement is still a thing. I’m wondering if there’s anything we can do to manually remove that?

Palm Springs wind farms kill performance

It seems the wind farms to the north west of KPSP airport are generating thousands of duplicated wind turbines at the same location, or apparantly they are extremely close to each other at least. This appears to be a bug in the objects placement. There are several wind farms on the area so the amount of animated objects is insane. This is indeed killing performance with SU11.
