I’m no expert in aircraft safety, but was this perhaps a typo: “Shoulder Hardness” ? Aircraft in question is the Beechcraft Bonanza G36, pilot seat window.

I doubt there will be enough votes for such a tiny issue here on the forums. Also there is not really a room for discussion.
So I’d suggest you to report it via Zendesk and I also linked it in the G36 improvement mod thread so that maybe it can be fixed by the mod far earlier than Asobo will work on it in the base aircraft 
Minor issue, check out the attached image.
Only applies to Beechcraft Bonanza, the Baron seems ok.
