Has anyone tried this update? Just wondering before I install and have the sim adversely affected. We need direction from Asobo on this.
Yes, I have downloaded it and I have not had any problems either with Win 10 of MSFS 2020. Just create a restore point if you are unsure. Charles

No issues for me. I just completed a 10 hour flight with the Boeing Dreamliner.

Another vote for no issues.
Same here no problems and I have been running it on 3 diffrent computers
It works now but just after installing 20h2 update i tried running sfc /scannow and it kept failing at 33%. After a bit of research tried some suggested fixes, then notification popped up saying my pc had found a drive error. This only happened after the update but ran the disk checker and it fixed the errors and works fine now.
I updated Windows 10 last night and FS2020 works as normal without any issues.
Windows 10 20H2 brings again new microcode updates. It is possible that FPS losses occur with weak processors.
Whenever there is a major windows update. I always do a full clean reinstallation of windows by updating everything from BIOS firmware, to drivers.
So I did a full clean reinstall of Windows 10 20H2 and update every single apps and drivers, then do a fresh reinstall of the Sim…
No issues so far.
