Windows 11 "zip cant be downloaded securely"

HI guys, i just reinstall MSFS and i am trying to install all my addons. While trying to download the PMDG OP Center, i get no reaction from Google Chrome and with Microsoft edge i get a “zip cant be downloaded securely”. Is there a workaround to this?

Yes, press the 3 little dots on the right hand side of the download and it will give you options to “keep anyway”.
