Flew into KOXC, (Waterbury-Oxford) & noticed a wind sock on a taxi way. (On the LHS of pic.)
Also, the airport vehicles are quite active & at one point in their ‘circuit’, a bus & petrol tanker take a short trip down the runway, before turning back.
