WinWing Ursa Minor joystick lost X axis mid flight

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

I can no longer use my WinWing Ursa Minor joystick. I have been flying fine with it for a couple of weeks, when suddenly, in mid-flight my ailerons stopped working. Everything else still works on the stick.

Interestingly, when I go to the setting controls for the joystick, there is no blue sensitivity graph on the x axis. All I get is the grey screen with the centre white indicator dead. It moves left and right in response to x axis input on the stick, but there is no up and down movement as it moves left to right and no blue line indicating its sensitivity. This is not the case with the other axis where I can set sentivity curves effectively. I have tried rebooting the computer but the problem seems persistent.

Have you tried the Joystick with another game?

Hi everyone. All sorted. Somehow the software had set the dead zones to zero mid flight. Once I reset them, all was ok.
