Even though it is entirely possible for developers with a Marketplace storefront to send products to console users.
Not true, although the giveaway is just for PC users, Burning Blue Design make their sceneries available on the in sim marketplace after release but it takes some time to be added to the marketplace.
Oh i know BBD products are availiable for console users as i own many.
What i was saying is that it IS possible to include console users in the prize give away.
The developer contacts the marketplace team, gives them the Gamertag and account details of the console profile and they to can get a free prize.
It works as I’ve had several devs send me free products to my xbox account
