There isn’t such a thing as a bearing of 395. Bearings only run from “0” to “360”. You have the frequency of 395 tuned in. Unfortunately, it seems MSFS has a hard time picking up navaid information on the ground. So if you take off, and leave your settings as they are, your “bearing” indicator will become active and show the current bearing to the ADF transmitter. See screenshot below.
