I can confirm, but it is not allways and in my case also not at eg. World-Map ( I can reset to normal fps with open World-Map ).
It happens sometime if you come from Options, sometime simple from Profil or Marketplace… but it is not allways.

so… there is definitly an issue with the menu-fps, but currently can’t realy find the trigger for that… I get sometime 10fps in menu. I guess its somewhat with the content / market place ( the images which are loaded ) , but don’t know…
Currently I checking UK… the performance with same setting as before is, as expected, much lower ( more details, less fps ) and also memory consumption in cities like London is huge ( seen up to 30Gig and commited near 40 ). Outside of cities RAM usage is around…

Okay. Here i am now, too.
Until the last update (UK-Update), the sim was really fine. No crashes, no stutter, nothing. After the update i can’t even fly for 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter where i am in the game-world. It crashes everywhere within 10 Minutes of flight without any message.
Also the main menu is stuttering now. I don’t know why even the menu is broken.
