World Update 10 Arlington Memorial Bridge doesn't have any cars driving on it

Brief description of the issue:

The new World Update 10 Delaware Memorial Bridge looks very nice, but it’s missing all road traffic. There are cars on the adjacent streets, but none on the bridge, itself.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

1. Start Microsoft Flight Simulator.
2. Open the Marketplace and purchase/install World Update X.
3. Go to the World Map and start a flight at the bridge POI.

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
