Elevation issues all around the airport from GA parking to airliner parking

just load up the sim at the airport and look

Yes this airport appears to be broken.

1. I take it isn’t meant to look like pic 1
2. In the selection menu the markers for the runway endpoints aren’t at the end of the runways - pic 2

The general aviation parking area at the south end of the airfield is severely malformed and uneven

This has been fixed with SU13.
