Whenever I start MSFS 2020 on my Xbox SX it does about the last 30% of World Update Australia.
What do I need to do to get it to stop doing this.
Can you uninstall the update and reinstall?
I’ve discovered that unlike the PC version of 2020 you can’t remove content on the Xbox version. Also the content manager shows World Australia not installed. So why is it updating it?
This is what I love about MSFS. It keeps you constantly “Looking for answers”!
I had been having trouble with 2024. I kept getting error messages during some flights and also download failed messages. It was recommended uninstalling and reinstalling 2024 and I decided to bite the bullet. It was quick and easy, none of my settings or profiles were lost and it fixed the problem. Maybe give that a try? I am on Xbox X.
Did you have to do anything for it to keep your settings? I’d hate to have to do them all over again.
No mate, I was worried about the same. I just selected uninstall and then selected the game again and let it do its thing.
