I am closing this topic because this conversation is going to go nowhere.
It was delayed due to the plane crash in China yesterday. Here is the official text:
There is no conspiracy: The world update was finished on time, and this delay was made solely on the basis of sensitivity toward the situation. You can choose to believe that or not, but those are the facts.
The Flight Simulator team is in the entertainment business. They do not provide a utility or a service like transportation, and they believed that it did not feel right to be releasing this update and a trailer celebrating aviation the day after an aviation disaster.
If you are upset by the delay of this free addition to your flight simulator, I understand and I apologize for your inconvenience. However, a decision was made.
