Just installed "World Update IV: France,Belgium,Netherlands & Luxenbourg

" Looks Like I got two versions of the Eiffel tower one sprouting growths half way up. I don’t think I have any added scenery to cause this. I wonder what the problem is? :slightly_frowning_face:|16x16

I got an update just now for WU4, but the download is extremely slow. I only got 2Mbit/s over a 1Gbps connection.

Same but it finished eventually. Not seeing any updates in the world though, Le Bourget looks looks pretty basic and Nimes amphitheatre is autogen, too. WUs usually don’t require a sim restart, trying that now.

Make sure you go to the Marketplace and down load the City Update France - its not in the world update.

Thanks for the warning, if you try to download through the content manager it will take hours, update through the Marketplace

After 1 hour of download and then waiting 1 hour again and … nothing happen… Tired. :rage:

Hello everyone.
I want to download the France update but the content manager keeps downloading the file “Microsoft-France-Benelux-point-of interest-1.8.9.fspackage.001” again and again

I restarted the computer. I restored the “microsoft-france-benelux-point-of-interest” folder from a backup but no solution.

Any idea ?

Hi all,
I have the same issue with downloading France Update. I tried it via Content Manager and also over the Marketplace. On both ways it starts over and over again.

I think I recall downloading a city update in Marketplace and then doing the World Update update through the content manager on a later session because I didn’t have time in the first one. The content manager update takes a while.

Also, if it doesn’t work, do not lose hope. This happened to me with a world update a few months ago, where it wouldn’t update. After a few days, something got worked out because the update finally worked. I’m just saying, don’t freak out and waste a bunch of time trying to reinstall the whole sim or anything. Give it a few days to see if it gets worked out.

Solved. :slight_smile: Just wait a day and try again. Now i could download both, WU and CU France.
