WORLD UPDATE IV Released ! Issues with Content Manager

Hi There,
for those of you who have already been able to use the new world update. is it normal to see all my community folder content shown on the content manager as ‘‘Not Installed’’ ?? normal, you would select everything and install it all. however, even though selecting all the non-installed content would not trigger the blue DELETE/INSTALL buttons !

Is it a bug or just me??
