Why is it now in marketplace? I think i was always just downloading WUs from content manager.
Nope, you have never done them from the content manager when newly released.
They are optional, you must “buy” them(free).
Anytime after that, like a reinstall, then they are in the content manager(you own them now).

Incorrect. I have all WUs installed and this is the first I have had to do from the market place. I had to go looking to find it !! Previously always done from the content manager.

It’s never worked that way. Any new World Update had to be “bought” from Marketplace the first time to establish ownership. Only then would it appear in Content Manager.
