I updated MSFS with the Caribbean Update. I removed all my files in the COMMUNITY FOLDER. My Windows 10/64 is up to date. Latest video driver along with every other driver in my home cockpit. NOW with this ONE update. my system isn’t booting correctly. My three monitors are black and if I try to enter SETTINGS my system hangs. Upon booting, it hangs for at least 60 seconds and THEN it does this bouncing from one monitor to another and the HANGS again. ALL OF THIS after Asobo “UPDATES”. MSFS 2024… I THINK NOT!
Give it a few hours; anytime a world update is released, the servers are terrible.

Darf ich mal fragen, ganz blöd: ihr spielt alle noch den 2020er, oder? Wenn nein - und schon den 2024er, wie komme ich dazu den auch zu installieren?
MS2024 has not been released yet, so we’re all referring to 2020.

Seems you have more going on than an msfs update. It is highly improbable that msfs or any other program that does not run on start up, would tank your system as described.
ps- it’s msfs 2020, not 2024.

seems like a driver problem ,as far as i know msfs2020 does not replace system drivers ,do a restore and see if it still happens

FIX: This is an ongoing nVidia driver issue. My 4090 card cannot use any new driver AFTER October 2023. Many users have this problem, causing lock-up, CTD’s, not being able to save settings etc.
nVidia knows of this issue and refuses to acknowledge this issue and keeps cranking out messed up drivers. This is a FACT! I reverted back to 537.58 driver and now my issues have vanished.
