WW2, Tinian Island, Atomic Bombs

This is the third video in my new series of WW2 airfields THEN (in WW2) and NOW (in MSFS). This one is Tinian in the Mariana Islands. Previous ones were Milne Bay and Wake Island. Great places to fly. Let me know if you would like lots more. Cheers.

I like the explanations of the history of the places. Thank you for uploading!

This is really cool, i really hope someone would create historic airfields for MSFS. Not just WW2 but even before that.

Cool! I remember passing the sites of a few famous battles of antiquity and the Renaissance during the bush trip from Croatia down to Santorini. It was cool to see those places today from the perspective of a plane.

Tinian North field, the departure airfield for a lot of the B-29s including Enola Gay and Bockscar, and Rota island airstrips are now both in the sim on flightsim.to . It is a fascinating region with a very significant history behind them.
