Take off with the B52, X15 ready for flight.
Then reaching the release altitude, going to either free flight or rocket flight.

lol Your about 15 or so years to late. Back in the day (and I seem to remember that this was before windows even existed) there was a game called Chuck Yeagers Advanced Flight Simulator, and it did exactly what your asking for. You could launch the B-52 (or fly it alone as well) and attach the X15 or X1 take off get to altitude switch planes and fly. There were also some WWII fighters and Bombers and other stuff. It was a cool game.

It had a in game plane editor where you could design your own plane and try to make it fly.

I know
And there was the X-15 for FSX as well.

And there was the combo X-15 + B-52s in XPlane which was fantastic. Hope I can get same in MFS.
Might be more… recent than Chuck Yeager FS.

Now Im wondering if I can find that to play with a DOS emulator lol
Well with the your connected to the internet to buy more stuff feature we have now,
Im sure you will be able to BUY the planes in the Marketplace…

Remember in the olden times you bought a simulator for $30 bucks you got a ton of planes,
it worked right out of the box. Ah the good old days.

You ask, you have : https://www.abandonware-france.org/ltf_abandon/ltf_jeu.php?id=1775
It is in french but I bet you can find in english, using abandonware / chuck yeager keywords.

Merci, lol I looked at that page I forgot about the crash ending ‘that was quite a wreck did you ever think about taking up fishing!’ priceless

for that i think its just some time to the companies start making planes as addons to MSFS.

i Flight simulator X i loved to Fly the B-36 peacemaker

dont forget the P3, the A26, the B57 etc etc lol B57 was always my favorite just looks so bad A Z Z!

Your screenshots look incredible. There is a 747 SCA shuttle transporter mod where you can release the shuttle, but unfortunately you can’t fly the shuttle.
