In theory from what I’ve gathered it is supposed to increase the time between input on the device and reaction of the plane. My thought is it would dull the twitchiness that @MrGrayMouser911 described, and I know what he means. However the reactivity must be milliseconds because I can’t tell a difference between one extreme (0%) vs the other (100%).
