Thank you @Airmax514 for the update. Can’t wait to try this beautiful beast!
You have a new customer! ![]()
We’re all feeling very patient Massimo, just continuing to show our interest in your masterpiece! ![]()
Happy to be patient.
It takes as long as it takes ![]()
So very much looking forward to this project’s completion.
For a short time, I lived just south of the museum in Dayton Ohio when I was a kid. The XB-70 was my favourite exhibit. Although back in hose days (80’s) it was outside. There wasn’t a hanger large enough to house it ![]()
Can’t wait to go screaming past the A380 guys on the Heathrow to JFK run! ![]()
I created this account just to ask these 3 questions.
- Does this plane create a contrail even at high speeds? (would be cool seeing it make a trail really fast from ground level)
- When will it release?
- How much will it cost?
Might I add, will this be for 2020 as well? I am reaching out to those who are not participating in the 2024 public beta.
Is the project dead
Any updates? We are all waiting patiently
Maybe there will be BIG updates… I really hope so, but is not up to me now. I think it will be a wonderful plane thanks to the work of other people that I can’t mention here. I am working at other projects in these last months, but this year I will retire from my current job, so I will have more time to spend on my planes!
Thanks for the patience and for your support!
Thank you for getting the project started. If we see it one day as a released product from another developer, we will all have you to thank for the initial inspiration and ambition that was needed to get it started. May your days ahead be happy ones!
Anything new on the project? We very much appreciate what you are doing.
I really hope this is not dead, last I knew was that it was sold to some dev but then nothing…
Is this project still alive? Who has the ball?
I want to see xb Valkyrie !!!
Just checking in as it’s been about a year since your last update.
I guess there is a possibility that Microsoft has picked up the project and that is the reason this thread is so quiet. That would be great, then they might be able to negotiate actual physical access to the aircraft in the USAF Museum, do detailed 3D scanning of the cockpit, etc. A Local Legend next year? But I repeat, this is just a possibility, no idea how credible it is.
Any updates? Came across this thread and was disappointed to learn that the project was sold (but happy for Massimo who hopefully was paid well for his hard work!).
Any clues into who purchased it or when it will be released would be incredible.
