Xbox console companion app 100% packet loss

Hi all,
I have an odd one, my xbox console companion app on my pc when I run test network, which I always do before starting the sim has now started saying packet loss is 100 % turedo is open, xbox live services are up and running, Internet connection says connected, latency is 20ms.
I first noticed this yesterday early evening as before packet loss has always been 0%.
So I launched the sim, I could see other players flying around and I was getting fog in the UK forming in live weather, so surely I wouldn’t have any of this if I was truly losing 100% of my packets.
I have tried restarting my router, tried switching upns off in my router, saving settings, re starting router and switching upns back on, run dism repair of windows in command prompt, run sfc /scannow in command prompt, nothing gets packet loss back to 0%.
Any help much appreciated.
