Description of the issue:
When flying the plane and hitting buttons on your controller it will also use those same inputs to manipulate the EFB even when it isn’t being looked at or maximized. There is no keybinds to unbind to stop the Xbox controller from interacting with the EFB. Every time I use LT or RT for rudder my EFB map zooms in and out. Or anytime i look around the cockpit. a menu in the EFB will constantly be scrolling.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
While flying use a mouse to do something in the EFB; go back to flying with a controller and watch the EFB zoom the map in/out when using rudder. Or watch it sporadically scroll through the checklist when looking around the cabin

Make it so I can unmap and map custom buttons to the EFB zoom
If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:
• it happens all the time and it’s very frustrating and there’s no fix. I shouldn’t be zooming in on the efb with LT and RT that’s just stupid, make a + and - on the EFB so you can zoom with with that by clicking it in cursor mode

• Yes
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• When operating the rudder (LT, RT), the EFB map keeps zooming in and out, even when you’re not locked onto it. The EFB should only be operable in Cursor Mode (with a gamepad), or when a mouse pointer is directly on the EFB screen.

Console players would be happy if this was fixed. But it doesn’t look like it will be fixed at the moment, and it’s quite annoying when you constantly see the map zooming in and out of the corner of your eye.
Same problem. But oddly it’s not 100% of the time even though I am flying the same machine 100% of the time (H125). Some rare flights, the EFB is stable even though I’ve used the left and right triggers hundreds of times during the flight. Usually though, it is constantly zooming in and out.
We have created an internal ticket to see if our team already has this logged, and if not they will attempt to reproduce the issue and create a new bug report. This item is now marked as feedback-logged. If there is an existing bug report or one is created, we will move this thread to bug-logged.

• Yes.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• I also have to add that the right stick also scrolls the EFB on appropriate pages (like the flight plane) when you move the camera up/down. Just navigate to the flight plan page and then rotate the camera up and down with the right stick, and see how the EFB scrolls even when you’re not looking at it directly. The Xbox controller bindings and the EFB bindings are conflicting with each other.
The EFB should be operable only when the virtual cursor more is engaged and is directly on the EFB screen.

After 8 days from your message and more than a month from the first report, this is not even logged as a bug. Nobody even tried to reproduce it, right? It takes a minute to reproduce it, open the EFB of any aircraft on the map and use the rudder. You will see that the zoom changes even if you are not looking at the EFB.
Extremely frustrating to set everything up and then, after using head movements (LB plus LS and LT/RT) to “move” around the cockpit, you find the EFB map is either zoomed out to the world or zoomed in too far.
All I want is to unbind LT/RT from the EFB altogether. I typically zoom on the EFB map with the mouse wheel.
Came here looking to see if there was a fix or workaround for this, but apparently not. It’s super annoying! I checked all the settings for a way to unbind RT/LT from the EFB, but no dice. There is a section for EFB under the TOOLS menu in control settings, but the only entry there is to TOGGLE EFB. Seems like there should be some more bindings there.
