Xbox MSFS 2024, Boeing 787-10 stutters so bad that it is impossible to control a mouse to point to anything in the cockpit

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
On MSFS2024 running on the XBox flying the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner.
While in flight, stuttering becomes severe that it becomes impossible to point to anything
inside the cockpit with a mouse. The mouse pointer jumps all over the cockpit.
The screen halts and refreshes every 1 to 3 seconds while flying steadily.
The screen freezes when changing directions for few seconds as well.
This makes the simulator totally unusable.
Signed off and powered off the XBox then restarted. No improvement.
The performance on MSFS 2024 seems to be getting worse for me since the latest update.
As I have reported already, the game crashes about a third of the time also.

Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner with MSFS 2024 Premium Delux.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
every time on sim since the latest update.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Sign off and turn off the XBox.
  2. Restart the XBox and sign in.
  3. Start the MSFS 2024.
  4. Begin a Free Flight session.
  5. Take off from KSAN to KSFO.
  6. At the T/D, start a descent.
  7. Stuttering begins and cannot control the mouse pointer.

Sou usuário do xbox serie x, 500mb de banda larga, isso acontece com todos os aviões comerciais, impossível simular. Tem acontecido toda a vez, tenho que simular com avião leve, pequeno.

Update to the topic.
Unfortunately, the situation seems to be getting worse.
MSFS 2024 stutters continuously for 5 to 10 seconds at a time.
I read another topic mentioning about turning off all the lights to resolve the issue.
The stuttering is so severe that I cannot even turn off lights.
It took 5 minutes to turn off two of the landing lights, beacon, and nav.
It won’t even let me turn off logo or wing lights.

Cleared the cache with XBox power cycle. Lost some control settings so reset them.
Stuttering has calmed down from 5-10 seconds to 1-2 seconds so at least the aircraft
is controllable. Maybe this is as good as it can be on an XBox for now?

After I had cleared the cache, started another flight.
Setting up for the flight went smoothly, quicker than before the update.
The Boeing 787-10 took off and climbed with no issues. No problem cruising.
As soon as start descending, though, the problem returned.
Stuttering for 5 to 15 seconds continuously. Unable to change direction or alter the rate of descend. With 3 nm left, I had to kill the simulator.
Clearing the cache did not fix the problem. This issue did not occur with the previous update.

I had major stuttering issues in the su3 beta, so I finally left and went back to su2 and had the same thing, I don’t know what’s going on but it ■■■■ at the moment, have gone back to 2020 to get some enjoyable flight time in. I tried preserving and allowing them telemetry during the beta for SU3 but the last two beta releases have made it unflyable. Xbox series X se Asia server.
