Today, black screens twice in a row, specifically A319-Cfm airport LOWW, I didn’t even have time to take off at the gate, black screens… I’m not saying that it’s not related to RAM xbox, but before su 12, this didn’t happen for a part, almost at all, I flew Europe in taste 6 hours a day and no problem at all, so I think su 12 brought something that shouldn’t be there. I used to remember that it happened to me on B747 and once in a while a320, but now it’s everywhere even an-225…
Did not have any CTD or blank avionics lately till today: so the server load seems to have an effect definitely. Due to Easter vacation situation the server load should be pretty high.
Yeah this is what I am noticing. Avoiding multiplayer now. Seem to have more luck in custom mode with no AI traffic or ATC. Very boring environment, but at least i can actually taxi and take off.
I completely agree with you. I couldn’t say it any better or I’ll probably get ban again.
It’s just so annoying all this talk of WASM, addons and aircraft, if you can’t even load up in a base pack airport, yet alone take flight.

So I got excited today to then really not be excited.
Coming into EGLL in the CS B777-300ER and the first officer screens and lower ECAS display go black. Also the LNAV/VNAV stop working even though they display as on. But the captain’s map, PFD (with ILS showing), MCDU and flight plan all remain.
THEY’VE FOUND THE PERFECT COMPROMISE I YELL IN MY HEAD
Then go to take control to fly the approach manually and the yoke is useless. Cannot pitch or roll and I’m just left at the negative VS my VNAV left me on, hurtling towards the ground. So I hope this was a one off weird variation and not what we should expect from now on 
Although, if this issue is memory related. Maybe killing first officer, ECAS and autopilot systems would be a good compromise for now. Still having a map, PFD, MCDU and manual control (of course) would be perfectly fine to operate the plane while systems reboot and come back. Obviously would be better if it just worked, but at this point I’ll take any improvements.

Well, depending on which addon is in use, the black screens are still very much an issue. Today, I just couldn’t take off from EDHH (Sim-Wings) in the LVFR A320 CEO.
Just after take-take off, I lost them. They, as usual, recovered after some minutes only to black out again shortly after. It was the first time they blacked out twice in a row during a single flight. This time they didn’t recover resulting in a aborted flight and about an hour wasted.
This really needs to be looked at. That this didn’t resulted in a CTD doesn’t matter, this is just as bad and frustrating.
I was just in a simple LVFR airbus, imagine this would happen in the PMDG 737 for example… Losing all of your flight plan etc etc.

It happens most of the time now. I’m quite disappointed because this issues increased a lot since su12 and i’m asking myself when it get fixed… It already takes to long

as many have already written, microsobo does not seem to be able to create the right balance between stability and optics. either it looks good but the game stutters, fps below 10 up to the ctd, or just looks grottig what spoils the game fun. but at some point you have to stand up and admit their own failure and decide for a direction. What happened to the xbox team that was supposed to test against cash for microsobo? what happened to all the telemetry data that was collected months ago by the xboxes that explicitly provided their global id to investigate the ctd? Months and years have gone by and people are still talking about the old familiar topics. Even the microsobos own airports are doing soooo bad. see omdb among others. It doesn’t help to sell content at a bargain price if it doesn’t work.

Martial presented the crash data on the last dev livestream. It was a lot of info and all of it was interesting.
They fixed a could of xbox CTD bugs with SU12 and he showed that over 75% of remaining xbox CTD were various out of memory conditions.
It’s an extremely complex system, they are trying to fix it but it’s not quick clearly.

And again, Düsseldorf to Palma de Mallorca (both Justsim) ended up with black screens on short final then CTD. It’s depressing!

For sure! I’ve stopped flying the A310 for now, just too unreliable.
Instead I’m flying the vision jet everywhere. It’s fantastic, it has 5 screens, I’ve been flying it for many hours and they’ve not gone black once! No CTD either, if only all of the planes were this reliable. Just heading to Miami from Orlando, hopefully I’ve not jinxed it, first time at LVFR KMIA.

I haven’t flown the A320 since before the A310 came out. I like more working buttons to play with.

Not much help to those having issues. No new tips to share. Other than just a strange oddity…
I get issues with the A320 with no add-on airports even. Get black avionics every few flights.
Switched it up to the King Air for a change. Stock one available in sim. t’s full of Avionics screens and I get no issues at all. Even done a few long multiple airport flight.
Never had 10 problem free flights before.
Tried TBM and boom black screens again.
How can some flight’s with some airplane have no issues yet others on same day,. Same setting’s fail.
The old style instruments have no issues. Yet surely they are rendered same way. Some have quite a bit of detail on them that would impact memory.

I just said same thing I was flying King Air problem free. I own Honda Vision Jet will give it a go.
I’m not surprised the Devs are struggling to fix it. It’s a weird issue.
Cirrus Vision Jet, the Honda Jet is a different thing, although maybe that is fine too.

People on pc aren’t affected by this issue anymore?
Black screen? Never. Crashes? Rarely, but it does happen, but probably for different reasons.

Please report back how that performs. It looks amazing. Didn’t see that appear in marketplace. Love the Vision Jet now I want it too.
The King Air 350 seems bullet proof. Flown loads of times without issue. Form cold and dark and even added the Flight Plan manually. Not a single stutter or black screen event and no CTD in 20 flights.
Not going to touch A310 or 320 again. Lol.
