Recently this screen started appearing every single time I start FS. That’s in addition to the bl**dy safe/normal mode thing that I also have to click through every time. Simply getting to the main menu shouldn’t require so much attention. Anyone know how to make the sign in more persistent?
If you are getting this every time, then it is likely the sim is crashing on shutdown. Get that issue sorted first and it’ll probably resolve the sign-in issue too. Maybe
Also check your Xbox app settings.
Once it’s open go to settings and set to remember login, run at start up and run in background.
Start only xbox app , logout of the xbox app , shutdown PC , go drink a cup of tea , start PC , start xbox app , login xbox app , start msfs. should solve it , if not send in a ticket…
Tried the above suggestions but no change. The xbox app itself seems signed in ok all the time. Really can’t be ■■■■■ dealing with support. Will just have to put up with it and grumble occasionally.
I’m getting this too; just started today. I log in, then there is an update check, then the sim crashes. No joy. Please help!

I found out that it has something to do with the Navigraph AIRAC cycle and Navigraph Charts in-game panel. Make sure that they are updated. Working now.
I have the Navigraph stuff installed but wasn’t getting any crashes on startup.
Updating it hasn’t made any difference to the login prompt appearing all the time.
Also started getting this since World Update 10, even did complete reinstall and cleared my community folder but it still happens. Very annoying and now I’m also getting very slow load times for no apparent reason…
Why, when you’re running on a PC, do you need an X Box account - doesn’t make much sense?
Check your Microsoft account, if you have at some time changed hardware or reinstalled Windows it may show more devices than actual. Delete the old ones (check your sys info to avoid mistakes).
Hit alt+enter log in and you are good to go. Saw this in other forum.
This answer works for me. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!
Thank you. I was about to throw the entire PC out the window. This answer needs to get higher in the Google/Bing algorithms, because getting MSFS in windowed mode fixes this annoying issue.
