When in flight, clicking the Heading Button for the Autopilot changes the direction of the compass.
In the photo I’m landing on Runway 4L at Chandler, AZ airport. Should be a heading of 040. Visible in the Synthetic Vision the plane is straight with the runway. On the map and compass you see it turned right of 040.
