ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The Xcub has a variable pitch propeller, but the rpm is changing depending on airspeed just like a fixed pitch propeller. It also tends to overspeed above 2700 rpm.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

- Set Prop to Max
- Increase speed and observe the rpm increasing
- Decrease speed and the prop rpm will decrease
